Shirtless Man Reportedly Shoots Up at Tracy Park
Just before 2 pm, a witness reported a shirtless man in orange sweatpants shooting up drugs. They said the man tossed the syringe into the trash. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke to the man but did not find any evidence of drug use.

Just after 11:30 pm, officers responded to a report that a man had overdosed on 4th Street. Medics transported the man to the hospital for treatment.
A woman overdosed on George Street at 4:30 am. People on the scene administered Narcan, and the woman fell and hit her head when she woke up. When medics and officers arrived on the scene, the woman seemed to be fine.
