Shots Fired in South Webster
A South Webster woman contacted officers just after 2 am to report that her ex had showed up at her home making threats and had fired a shot at her. She said he then took off down the road and headed to his home.
Officers discovered the man in question, Sean Brogden age 32, had open warrants and a history of resisting arrests. The woman called back five minutes later to report the man was in her driveway in a maroon Jeep but had left, headed towards St. Rt. 139.

Five minutes later, an officer passed the man on Kentucky Trail Haines Road and pulled him over. Officers took Brogden into custody for vehicular assault, domestic violence, and probation violation.
