Terry Wamsley, 63, of Otway passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022. He was born September 29, 1958 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Bill and Helen Wamsley. Surviving are his two sons, Brad Wamsley of Otway and Brent Wamsley of Lucasville; one sister, Cathy Wamsley Tim Sapp of McDermott; two brothers both of Otway, Kevin (Shawn) Wamsley and Randy (Angie) Wamsley; two nephews, Ryan Wamsley and Chad Wamsley and one niece, Kady Wamsley.
Terry had several jobs in his career which includes Elks Golf Course in McDermott, Taylor Stone Company in McDermott and Plum Run Stone in Peebles. He was also a 1977 graduate of Northwest High School and the Scioto County Vocational School.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway, Ohio with Pastor Joey Sandlin officiating. Burial will follow at Garvin Cemetery in McDermott, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday.
