Thomas Brian Lewis, 60, of Ironton, Ohio, passed away Monday, January 6, 2020, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Ironton, Ohio. Thomas was born November 27, 1959, in Ironton, Ohio; a son to the late Fred and Faye (Ellis) Lewis.
Thomas attended Rock Hill Local Schools.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Freddie and John Lewis and a sister JoAnn Lewis
Thomas is survived by his son Thomas Lewis, and daughter Patricia Lewis; seven siblings: Kay (Alvin) Thornton, Jerry Lewis, Danny (Kathy) Lewis, David (Kenna Noble) Lewis, Cathy (Joe) Barker, Robert (Brenda) Lewis and Kim (Charlie) Black; several nieces and nephews
