The Kelli Apartments in Lucasville continue to be a trouble spot for law enforcement, with yet another disturbing domestic violence call.
Officers were dispatched to the complex after a woman reported being struck by a man, who then allegedly grabbed her son by the neck before fleeing the scene. The man was gone by the time police arrived, but officers took information for a report and launched an investigation.
