Wanted Man Busted for 21st After Robinson Avenue Break-In
A man with a long history of arrests found himself back behind bars after Portsmouth Police responded to a commercial alarm at a business in the 1500 block of Robinson Avenue.
When officers arrived on the scene, they detained Shawn Michael Cook who’d been taken to the Scioto County Jail 20 previous times. They discovered he also had a current open warrant with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
Police arrested him for breaking and entering and probation violation. Previous arrests include breaking and entering, drug possession, criminal trespass, aggravated burglary, possession of criminal tools, domestic violence, endangering children, resisting arrest, and probation violation.
Cook remains in jail, at this time.
