We’ve told you about the arrests and indictments in what law enforcement is calling an attempted murder plot at Lett Terrace.
According to official statements, several women allegedly lured two male victims from a gas station by flirting with them and took them straight into an ambush at the PMHA housing complex in West Portsmouth, where five males opened fire on them. But who are the suspects, and what are their previous criminal records?
Chloe Williams – According to her Facebook profile, the 23-year-old Lett Terrace resident is a mother of three. Court records show she got married in 2018 and was granted a divorce in November of 2023. She had no other adult criminal record. From social media posts, it appears she works as a nail technician.
Hayley Will, also of Lett Terrace, is 26. Like Williams, she has no sign of an adult criminal record in Scioto County.
Portsmouth resident 21-year-old Torrie Woodrow also has no criminal record. According to her Facebook profile, she attended Portsmouth High School and Paramount Beauty Academy.
These women now face charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Four teenagers, two of them juveniles, were also charged. Kaeden Borders, 18, also has no adult criminal record previous to this incident, and neither does 19-year-old Cody Milum. All of the teens face attempted murder charges as well as charges felonious assault and firearms charges.
However, 26-year-old Trevon Watts of Portsmouth has had previous arrests in Scioto County for criminal damage, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, attempted burglary, and drug abuse. He also had an open warrant from Dayton for failure to appear. Watts can add attempted murder, felonious assault, and several other charges to his record now.
Officials haven’t released details as to what motivated the shooting. SCDN will continue to follow this story and let you know what happens when the suspects appear before a judge for arraignment.
