Police caught up with the suspect at 12th and Offnere and took her into custody. Police charged Brandi Sweitzer with assault and booked her into the Scioto County Jail.
This was Sweitzer’s 15th trip to the Scioto County Jail. Previous arrests include four counts of probation violation, domestic violence, driving under an OVI suspension, failure to pay fines, possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs, and illegal manufacture of drugs,
