5 Indicted of Burglary/Theft Charges
The Scioto County Grand Jury returned indictments on burglary and theft charges against five local residents during its latest session.
Nathan Nelson, 25, is facing three counts of aggravated burglary and one count of theft from a person in a protected class. He was arrested back in December for burglary and possession of meth. Other arrests include resisting arrest, burglary, having a weapon under a disability, and probation violation.

William McClary, 21, of Otway, was indicted on three counts of aggravated burglary and theft from a person in a protected class. McClary was arrested on January 24 for probation violation and domestic violence. Previous charges include contempt, burglary, probation violation, and failure to appear.
Another Otway resident, Jonathan Groves, 41, also faces three counts of aggravated burglary and a charge of theft from a person in a protected class.

Steven Adams, 22, was indicted on assault and burglary charges. New Boston police arrested him on burglary charges back on March 1. That was his 10th arrest. Previous charges include carrying a concealed weapon, domestic violence, probation violation, assault, aggravated menacing, and DUI.
Conway Kilcoyne is facing charges of breaking and entering. Kilcoyne has been arrested 18 times on charges ranging from probation violation to domestic violence to DUI.
