Neal Cullen Purtee, 76, of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at his home. Neal was born December 5, 1945, in Portsmouth to the late Cullen Wendell Purtee and Dorothy Kirschner Purtee.
Neal had an Associate Degree and was self-employed as an Auto Mechanic. He was a member of the Ohio River Street Rodders and a U. S. Army Vietnam Veteran and he was of the Baptist faith. Neal is survived by his wife, Nancy Frazier Purtee, whom he married on August 21, 1965, in Wheelersburg. He is also survived by a son, Corey (Theresa) Purtee, and two grandsons, Patrick and Delaney Purtee.
