A plan to smooth over a tense situation with an offer of some nice, new tattoos went horribly wrong in Lucasville and ended with a woman getting a face full of mace.
The victim contacted 9-1-1 just after 11 pm to report an assault. She said that her daughter had a falling out with a neighbor and that her husband offered to give the woman and her boyfriend tattoos in order to help make peace.
She said that after the woman received her tattoo, she went outside for a smoke while her boyfriend received his new ink. The victim said she decided to go for a smoke as well, but the newly tattooed woman attacked her, put her in a headlock, and began to pull her hair. The victim said she went for her pepper spray and aimed it at her attacker.
The victim’s husband separated the two women and asked the newly tattooed woman and her boyfriend to leave. However, they sat in their car, honking the horn and yelling.
The pair left before deputies arrived, and the woman said she didn’t want to press charges.
