A woman contacted officers to report her son’s girlfriend viciously attacked her in her own home. She told Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies that her son came over with his girlfriend, and the woman pushed her to the floor and started pounding on her head.
Additionally, the woman threatened to “kill her if you ever touch my daughter again.” She said the woman strangled her to where she couldn’t breathe before leaving.
Officers took photographs of the victim’s injury and information for assault and strangulation reports.
