Confused Man Alarms Car Wash Customers
Customers of a Galena Pike car wash were alarmed by the behavior of an extremely confused man.
Around 1 pm, witnesses reported an apparently high man kept approaching vehicles and had even attempted to get into one of the cars.
When officers spoke to the man, they were unable to find any information on the name and birthdate he gave them. He advised he had a head injury and could not remember his Social Security number.
However, when they took him home, his grandmother was able to positively ID him and provide the necessary information.
