1. Cops Called When Patient Refuses to Leave Hospital
Officers responded to Southern Ohio Medical Center at 6:22 am, when a patient they’d brought to the hospital with mental issues the previous day refused to leave the hospital.
The hospital did not wish to treat her; they wanted the woman trespassed from the property. The woman told officers she was willing to go to Shawnee Mental Health Services.
An officer transported her to the facility to be seen for an evaluation.
2. Women Report Creepy Neighbor Following Them
Two women contacted officers to report that their neighbor had been following them and otherwise acting creepy.
They said they’ve caught the man peeking in their door and windows, and they have video proving that he follows them to and from the store.
They didn’t want to press charges, but they wanted the behavior to stop. Police met with the women, their landlord, and the neighbor. They advised the man to change his behavior or face charges.
