The Scioto County Coroner is investigating after a man’s family discovered him deceased in his home on Thursday night.
Relatives called 911 after finding the man in his home. They said they had last seen him the previous day. The man had no known medical conditions, though he had recently been in a motorcycle accident. He’d been released from the hospital after treatment.
Doctors at SOMC determined it would be a case for the coroner to determine the cause of death, and a transport from the office picked up the deceased.
