A driver called 911 in the middle of a police chase to explain why he didn’t plan to pull over.
Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies joined in the chase around 5:30 pm on US52 in New Boston.
During the chase, the driver called 911 and explained he wasn’t going to stop because he was worried cops were trying to kill him, and he didn’t feel safe.

Deputies set spikes out by Take 5 in Portsmouth, and police were able to stop the car and take two subjects into custody. They turned the pair over to PPD.
