Jeffrey Dee Puckett, 49, of McDermott, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022, in Piketon. He was born on May 10, 1972, in Portsmouth to Charles Dee Puckett of Lucasville and Betty Jo Smith of Minford.
Surviving are his children; Jeffrey Puckett and Britany Puckett both of Columbus; three grandchildren; Twin brother, Jerry Lee (Bobbie Jo) Puckett of Portsmouth; sisters, Kathy “Kitty” (Tony) Crabtree of Lucasville and Penny (Rick Carver) Puckett of Lucasville; Nephews and Nieces, Ryan Crabtree, Tiffany Chidsey, Ayla Puckett, Shawn Puckett, Mark Cox, Ashley Puckett, and Kylee Lepore.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by one brother; Scotty Dean Puckett.
Jeffrey was a heavy equipment operator for Taylor Lumber. You never saw Jeff without a smile on his face. He loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved being on the farm and spending time with his family.
Arrangements are currently pending at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.
