John “Wolf” Campbell, 31, of Waverly, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, son of the late Timothy Wayne Campbell and Janet Mustard Campbell of Waverly.
In addition to his mother, John is also survived by two sisters, Vickie and Brandy Campbell both of Waverly; a brother, Timothy Campbell of Piketon, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Lowell (Mary) Campbell of Piketon and Roberta Day of Waverly; maternal grandmother, Hazel Mustard and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
John’s father preceded him in death and his maternal grandfather, Robert Mustard.
John was employed by Walmart in Waverly.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2021, at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Gardner Cemetery in Waverly. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
