Officers responded to Farley Square after witnesses said a man who’d been barred from the apartment complex kept pulling his pants down and then putting them back on. They said he was close to the lobby building.

When officers arrived on the scene, they took Ted Johnson into custody for criminal trespass and probation violation.
Johnson was arrested back in May for disorderly conduct, theft, and falsification. In 2023, he faced charges of criminal trespass and domestic violence. Other arrests include escape, theft, multiple counts of disorderly conduct, burglary, obstruction of official business, criminal damaging, drug possession, possessing chemicals to manufacture drugs, and assault.
