An upset mom called Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies to report an adult had sent some disturbing pictures to her child.
She told officers a man had sent pictures of his penis to the girl’s phone. The woman met up with deputies to show them the images and messages from the adult male.
Deputies contacted the Special Victim’s Unit and took the child’s phone into evidence to continue their investigation.
