Mildred Louise Dooley Bradley, 87, of South Shore, KY., passed away Monday, October 4, 2021, at Best Care Nursing & Rehab in Wheelersburg, OH. She was born April 9, 1934, in Marianna, AR., a daughter of the late Robert O. and Mary Lou Warren Dooley.
Mildred was a homemaker and a member of the South Shore First Christian Church. She once served on the South Shore City Council, member of South Shore Homemakers, was President of PTA, worked at Kalb’s Manufacturing enjoyed upholstery, and was a Den Mother to many in the Cub Scouts.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband who passed away in 2009 Robert H. Bradley; one sister, Betty Jean Sengstock; one brother, David Dooley and one daughter-in-law, Lois Bradley.
Left behind to cherish her memory are three sons, Robert (Marsha) Bradley of South Shore, KY; Greg Bradley of Lake Charles, LA and Brian (Kimberly) Bradley of Wheelersburg, OH; three brothers, Leroy Dooley of South Webster, OH., Jim (Sue) Dooley of South Webster, OH and Robert Dooley of Marianna, AR; one sister, Margaret Groah of Astor, FL; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Friday, October 8, 2021, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Brett Unger officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the funeral home from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and one hour before the service on Friday.
