Suspicious Characters Spook Wheelersburg Residents
Some suspicious character creeped out residents at a Wheelersburg apartment complex. Just after midnight, a caller said a strange bald man, accompanied by a short masked man, turned up at their door.
They said they tried to talk to the men, but they answered in gibberish before heading to a neighbor’s apartment to knock on their door. The pair then left on food toward Ohio River Road. When deputies went to investigate, they found a car parked in a lot next to the apartments, but nobody was inside.
