Just after 9 pm, witnesses said they saw a strange woman dressed all in black standing near the road in Franklin Furnace. They said the woman appeared to be confused.

Shortly afterward, another caller saw the same woman walking toward Wheelersburg in the eastbound late of Rt. 52. Callers feared for the woman’s safety.
Multiple officers patrolled the area but were unable to locate the woman.
