Most people try to keep pretty quiet at the library, but a visitor to the Portsmouth Public Library caused quite a ruckus.
A caller contacted Portsmouth Police Officers at 3:30 pm to report that a woman with long gray hair, wearing a hoodie and carrying a black umbrella came into the library and yelled at an employee.
The woman then said she was going to kick the employee’s teeth down their throat before exiting the building.
Police did not make an official report but did take note of the incident at the employee’s request.
