Parents entrust Sunday School Teachers with the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of their little ones. So, when one betrays that trust in the worst way possible, it’s frightening.
An Adams County Judge was so appalled at the behavior of Sunday School teacher Bradley Boldman, he sentenced the 51-year-old man to 50 years in prison.
A few months ago, we told you that the Adams County Grand Jury indicted Boldman for sexually abusing victims under the age of 13. The victim said the abuse happened over a 5-year-period.
This news came as a shock, since Boldman was a respected community member who attended church three times a week, played music and sang in church, and taught Sunday School to both adults and children.
Boldman took the charges to trial and was found guilty. Now, with a 45 to 50-year sentence, he faces spending the rest of his life in prison.
