A grim discovery brought emergency crews and police to Portsmouth.
EMS was first called to 5th Street for a report of an unresponsive man.
When medics arrived, they confirmed the individual was deceased. Portsmouth Police were then requested to the scene, and dispatch also contacted the coroner, who responded immediately.
