Ed Mantell, 91, of Portsmouth, died peacefully, Wednesday night at the River Bend House, with his family by his bedside. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Dadosky Mantell. Arrangements are pending at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.
