Edith Floy Crosley, 99, of Portsmouth, a former Sarasota and Venice, FL resident, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at the SOMC Hospice Center. She was born November 26, 1921, in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Henry Love and Alice Mathias Love McKim.
An avid golfer, Edith was of the Methodist faith. She graduated from Evansville Center (IN) High School.
Edith was preceded in death on March 29, 2012, by her husband of 73 years, Charles Crosley, Jr. The couple married in Washington, DC.
Surviving are her three children; Charles Craig (Mary Jane) Crosley of Seneca Lake, Sandra Sue Hall of Wheelersburg and Linda Lou (Harold) Witter of Portsmouth; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Edith was also preceded in death by her stepfather, George McKim.
There are to be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
