Virginia M. Shingler Fields, 93, of South Shore, KY., passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021, at her residence. She was born in New Boston, OH., on April 14, 1928, a daughter of the late Roy and Ina Harris Shingler.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband William Fields; three brothers, and three sisters.
Left behind to cherish her memory are one daughter, Sharon (Dale) Wilkerson of South Shore, KY; two grandsons, Dale (Aerika) Wilkerson JR of Columbus, OH and David (Sarah) Wilkerson of Wurtland, KY; one brother, Sam (Roberta) Shingler of Wilmington, OH; one niece, Jeanette Jones of Jackson, OH and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
A Memorial Service will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at Mt Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY., with Jeff Lambert officiating. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., is caring for arrangements.
