A mom contacted the police at 8:29 am because her daughter refused to go to school. An officer spoke to the girl, who said she was the target of bullying at school and did not want to go.
The officer advised the girl and her mom to notify the school. The girl then said she would go to school. However, the mother called back just before 9 am to say the girl was freaking out.
