Sunday School Teacher Arrested for Child R@pe
The justice system has caught up with an area Sunday School teacher. Having been allegedly abused by Bradley Boldman, 51, since 2003, at least one brave child victim has come forward to prosecutors in Adams County. According to Grand Jury records, the abuse continued until 2008.
A background check revealed that Boldman had no prior criminal records or arrests.
It was revealed to SCDN during the inquiry that Boldman “went to church his entire adult life, 3 times a week. Played piano, guitar, and sang in church. [He] taught adult Sunday school and taught kids Sunday school.”
For almost a decade, Boldman is said to have worked at Arricks Propane in Peebles, delivering propane to homes.
This is Boldman’s actual six-count grand jury indictment.
Minors who have been sexually assaulted have a 12-year statute of limitations that begins when the victim turns 18.
Currently, Ohio House Bill 124 is undergoing legislative consideration.
Ohio House Bill 124 seeks to provide victims with a legal right to pursue a criminal prosecution until they reach the age of 55.
There was another arrest for sexual violence in Adams County just days after Boldman’s arrest.
