Officers Investigate Report of Starving Dogs Eating Each Other
Officers responded to Junior Road for a report of severe and unusual animal abuse.
A caller said 10 dogs were locked inside a house. He claimed the animals’ owners were on drugs and that the starving dogs were eating each other.

When an officer went to investigate, they saw no sign the dogs were fighting but did advise the owners to make sure to provide adequate water, food, and shelter.
The owners said they were in the process of giving the dogs away, but it was taking some time to find homes.
