Just after 10 a.m., a Wheelersburg caller said they found their neighbor apparently deceased inside a camper.
Deputies and a squad responded to the scene and EMS workers confirmed that the man was deceased.

Officers contacted the coroner, and the agency dispatched a transport to the scene.
The coroner’s office took possession of the deceased just before noon.
