Busted Mugshots Scioto County Portsmouth Arrests

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Brandon Masters

Mr. Masters was arrested on October 12th by the Adult Parole Authority. He’s been charged with a parole violation and failure to appear. 

Brandi Sweitzer

Ms. Sweitzer was arrested on October 13th by the Portsmouth Municipal Court. She has been charged with assault. 

Jesse Miller

Mr. Miller was arrested on October 13th by the Portsmouth Municipal Court. He’s been charged with a probation violation. 

Steven Brown

Mr. Brown was arrested on October 15th by the Pike County Sheriff’s Office. He’s been charged with misuse of the 911 system.

Christina Vansickle

Ms. Vansickle was arrested on October 16th. She has been charged with aggravated menacing.

Dustin Brownlee 

Mr. Brownlee was arrested on October 12th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with disorderly conduct.

Mr. Cooper was arrested on October 13th by the United States Marshal Service. He’s been charged with failure to appear and possession of drugs. 

Benjamin Conley

Mr. Conley was arrested on October 13th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with a probation violation.

Andrew Workman

Mr. Workman was arrested on October 13th by the Pike County Sheriff’s Department for two counts of failure to comply.

Jonathan Shepherd

Mr. Shepherd was arrested on October 14th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia. 

Robert Edgington

Mr. Edgington was arrested on October 14th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with disorderly conduct. 

Joshua Moore

Mr. Moore was arrested on October 14th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged as a fugitive from justice.

Chase Whitt

Mr. Whitt was arrested on October 15th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with possessing drugs, drug paraphernalia, and possessing criminal tools.

Nicole Cantrell

Ms. Cantrell was arrested on October 15th by the Portsmouth Police Department. She’s been charged with possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Mr. Henriquez was arrested on October 15th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with obstructing official business.
