Officers were called to the Hughes Re-Entry Center after staff reported a client had become combative due to mental health issues.
Medics checked the woman out but didn’t transport her to the hospital. Officers learned she had an open warrant through Gallia County.
When dispatch contacted the Gallia County Sheriff’s Office, they said they wanted to extradite the woman.
