A frustrated Wheelersburg resident contacted 9-1-1 to report a woman was lying in his yard and rolling around in his flowerbeds.
He said this was an ongoing problem, and he’d advised her multiple times to stay off his property.
When officers caught up with the woman, she told them she was having thoughts of self-harm and wanted an ambulance.
Deputies sent for a squad, and medics transported the woman to the hospital.

Cops Called in Dog Doo Dispute
Deputies had to intervene when a dog doo dispute heated up in Chesapeake.
A man contacted officers about problems with his neighbor. He said the man was upset because he’d allowed his dogs to defecate in his yard, and the ongoing issue had gotten out of hand the previous month. That resulted in his neighbor’s arrest for making threats, and the court issued a no-contact order.
Now, the neighbor was standing on his front porch taking pictures of the man and his dogs in his front yard.
Officers spoke to the neighbor and requested he stop taking pictures. The neighbor said he had enough evidence and wouldn’t take any more photographs.
