Kay Ellen Lakin, 82, of McDermott, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Rosemount Pavillion in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born January 28, 1943 in Scioto County, Ohio to the late Paul K. Jones and Dorothy Hause Jones. She is survived by her daughter, Tamara Isaac of McDermott; a grandson, Earl L Isaac, Jr. (Lindsey Keller) of Lucasville; great-grandchildren, Leona Blanton, Alyah Isaac and Livva Isaac; and step-children, Steve, Gail and Joni. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Basore, Bob Beckwith and Herman Lakin; a son-in-law, Earl L. Isaac, Sr. and a step-son, Mark Lakin.
