A man the Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections described as an ‘armed and dangerous’ fugitive was arrested in Wayne Hills right around 4:30 pm.
William Swords parole officer located the 24-year-old offender, but needed PPD to come pick him up and drive him to the jail since he didn’t have room in his car.

Swords was released back in November on parole for an attempted felonious assault charge. Previous arrests include aggravated robbery, criminal damaging, felonious assault, disorderly conduct, and probation violation.
Officers booked him into the Scioto County Jail for parole violation.
