An angry landlord called 911 at 2:30 pm to report that an evicted tenant had trashed an apartment and left drugs behind.
The landlord said the bad tenant busted the shower wall, ripped an icemaker out of the freezer, knocked holes in the living room wall, cut up a sofa that came with the apartment, ripped out an exhaust fan, and knocked out ceiling tiles.
Even more disturbing, there were blood stains and urine on a furnished mattress, and urine all over the apartment. The caller said urine had dried on the stovetop, and the sink had rusted from being filled with urine.

Officers advised the landlord that the mess was a civil matter.
