Barney Warren Phillips, 76, of Otway, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at his home. He was born April 6, 1948 in Sand Hill, Kentucky to the late Barney Warren Phillips and Gloria Jean Hacker Geyer.
Surviving are a son, Barney Phillips of Otway; a daughter, Leann (Jason) Johnson of Lucasville; grandchildren, Kaylee Johnson, Bella Johnson and Greyson White; brothers, Timothy Phillips of Sardina, Ohio and Jeffery Thompson of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; and sisters, Judy McLihenny of Franklin Furnace, Jane Barrett of Franklin Furnace and Peggy Turner of Newark, Ohio.
