A 38-year-old Portsmouth man recently indicted by the Scioto County Grand Jury for Fentanyl possession was arrested after an employee of Checkered Flag Auto Repair reported some bizarre behavior.
The caller said a man had been sitting in a truck behind the building for several hours a day for the past three days. They said the man occasionally got out of the truck and walked around the neighborhood.
When officers caught up with the man, they learned that Kyle Turner had an open warrant for the indictment. They also learned that the state wanted to confiscate his driver’s license in connection with another case.

Turner has a long history of arrests on charges including receiving a stolen vehicle, failure to comply, aggravated robbery, and other charges.
Officers towed his vehicle and booked Turner into the Scioto County Jail.
