Portsmouth Police busted a 22-year-old resident after they learned he was sending material depicting sex assaults against children from his Thomas Avenue Apartment. Officers received the tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force and raided the home on Tuesday.
Police arrested Tarik Matthews for pandering sexually-oriented materials involving a minor and booked him into the Scioto County Jail. A search of court records reveals no previous adult arrests for Matthews.
