The caretaker of a 90-year-old woman called 911 when he returned home after being out of town for 10 hours and found she wasn’t home. He said neighbors claimed they’d spotted a blue car at the house earlier in the day and that they believed the woman left with her visitors.
The man said he’d called all of the woman’s relatives he could think of, and no one knew where she was. He said the woman appeared to have taken her medication with her.
Neighbors said the woman didn’t leave the house often and that they’d never seen the blue car before.
Officers noted no sign of a struggle and said they couldn’t yet file a missing person report as there was no evidence the woman was in any danger.
