Officers responded to a report of a heated domestic incident at 11:30 pm. When they arrived, the woman said she had woken up her sleeping boyfriend on the couch. She said he began yelling and cussing and pushing her around. Then, he went into the bedroom and put a gun in his mouth before heading into their baby’s bedroom.
She said she grabbed the baby and ran outside. Then, the man fled the home. Officers took information for a report.
A few hours later, a deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle near the Bride of Christ Baptist Church and found the suspect inside. Officers took him into custody for domestic violence.
