Deputies Investigate Unwanted D*** Pics
A grossed-out woman contacted officers at 4:41 pm to report a disturbing incident.
She said a man whom she had a protection order against sent her a picture of his genitals on Facebook Messenger.
When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke to the woman, and she showed them the explicit images. Deputies provided her with an email where she could send screenshots.
They said charges would be filed against the man through Portsmouth Municipal Court.
Creeper Returns to Rigrish Road
We told you a few weeks ago about a disturbing report of a man looking in a child’s window on Rigrish Road; now, the child’s mother says that the creeper has returned.
The woman says someone was tapping on her daughter’s window late at night and that there was a spot in the grass where you could see someone had been standing under the window. Further, the security camera she’d put in to watch for the intruder had been disconnected.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they saw no damage to the camera cables, but did note that they had been disconnected.
She also said that one of her neighbors had displayed concerning behavior towards children in the area. Officers took information for a report.
