A desperate mom called 911 at 11:15 pm to attempt to find help for her 42-year-old daughter. She told officers the woman was very drunk and acting belligerent.
When officers arrived on the scene, she wanted them to force the woman to go into rehab. However, officers explained they could not do that.
The daughter admitted to drinking and mental health issues but insisted she did not want any professional help.
