A McNamer-Brown Road (Valley Township) resident called officers at 11 am to report someone shot their dog. The caller told deputies that the shooter was now fighting with their father.

Deputies called in the Dog Warden and the Humane Agent. Officers determined that somebody had shot the dog at least once and perhaps twice.
The dog warden arrived on the scene at 11:45 am. The sheriff’s log contained no further information about the incident.
