Thieves are everywhere these days, and it’s best to keep your valuables secure. At 4:20 p.m., a caller contacted Portsmouth Police to report he’d been the victim of theft at the Dash Thru on Gallia Street.

He said he was parked at the carryout when someone jumped in his car and stole his medication. Officers gave the victim a theft of medication form to fill out and took information for a report.
