We’ve told you before about the conflicts between Land of Goshen Rehab Center and its neighbors. That fight heated up again, this time over missing manure.
A farmer neighbor of the facility said that he’d been spreading manure during the week, but when he woke up, someone had stolen his fertilizer. He said he got on his tractor to move more into place, but that people from the rehab had cussed him out the whole time.
He claimed they told him “all of his pigs are going to be dead” and that he would be “fucked up.”
When officers spoke to employees of the facility, a woman admitted she had shoveled his manure away because it was close to the rehab. It was bothering an autistic juvenile at the facility.
A deputy also watched the video of the woman who had threatened the pigs. She told officers the man had dumped a load of pig feces on his property near the facility and yelled at residents about touching. She said he was taunting them to get a rise out of them.
