Multiple EMS and police units responded to two reports of serious overdoses. The first happened on Kent Street just after 1:30 p.m. A caller reported an overdose victim was not breathing, and they had last seen them alert about two hours earlier.
By the time medics arrived, the victim was in full code. First responders worked on the victim for 20 minutes at the scene before transporting them to the hospital. Multiple officers investigated the scene before it was cleared around 2:30 p.m.
Just before 7 am on Tuesday they were called to 6th Street for a report of an overdose. Medics pronounced the victim dead at 7:12 p.m.
Detectives arrived at the home to process the scene.
